5. Coached 8 Leaders at a time, managed a Staff of 40, and a Board of 15
6. Led Community Organizing process for 7 years engaging over 1,000 New Orleanians to develop and open a unique school model
7. Developed all policy for the school including our Charter Application and supported policy development at the District & State levels
8. Managed $1M in capital improvements over 6 stages
9. Produced multiple annual events ranging from 20 - 1,000 people
